Most of us first got to know the tall and reserved Joo Ji Hoon 6 years ago in Goong: Princess Hours, when he played Crown Prince Lee Shin. Now, after completing his military service and taking time away from the small screen, this former model has returned to star in the new K-Drama, Five Fingers (다섯 손가락).
For those of us who took piano lessons when we were young, or for those who can't resist an attractive and tragically brilliant musician, Five Fingers looks to be the riveting melodrama of the season. Starring alongside Joo Ji Hoon is Jin Sae Yeon from Bridal Mask, who plays a determined pianist and childhood friend. The first choice for lead actress was T-ara's Ham Eunjung, but a casting switch was made yesterday by SBS following controversy with the group.
This drama has been licensed for the Americas region, and you can look for new episodes every Saturday and Sunday night.
